Items purchased at Mindworks Toys may be returned within 30 days in unopened or original condition with a copy of the packing slip. Refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note this applies even to items received as gifts.
Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item being returned is damaged or defective.
To ensure that your refund is processed as quickly as possible, please follow these instructions when packing and sending your product for return. We cannot process a return until the item is received.
1. Send the product in its original condition, including the manufacturer's box and all parts
2. Pack the product so that it won't be damaged during the shipping process
3. Include a copy of the packing slip
4. Send the product via a shipping method that can be tracked.We are not responsible for items lost during shipping

Returning a Damaged of Defective Item
To return a damaged or defective item to Mindworks Toys, please contact our customer service team by email at orders@mindworkstoys.com or by phone at 1-877-828-TOYS. Our customer service team will provide you with a pre-paid return shipping label and shipping instructions. Once we receive the returned item, you will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes and shipping costs. Refunds will be applied to the credit card used to purchase the item. Please note that in order to receive a refund for the shipping cost of the item, you must contact our customer service team before returning the item to us.
